Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, and ensuring effective human resource management. The executive will play a pivotal role in building a robust organizational culture and supporting the career advancement of employees within the company.

This role will require working from the client’s premises on a temporary/permanent basis.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in People Management & Relationship Building
  • Excellent hands-on experience with MS Office & Documentation management
  • Experience in HR Operations, including process development and execution
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering positive workplace relationships
  • Knowledge and practice of formulating and implementing HR Policies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
