Whatever you do in your daily life, keep a habit tracker. Write what you do, when you do, how you do and why you do. Set the priorities, keep the reminders, but do not forget your family and friends. This will help you to stay positive.

Small or big, it is important to have your to do list handy. You never know when that tiny task becomes important. Thus, write it down your each and every activity as per your priority. Pick each task at a time and complete it TODAY.
